User experience doesn't happen on a screen — it happens in the mind.
By applying my background in cognitive science and human-computer interaction, I aim to understand the motivation behind how people perceive, learn, and reason with products to solve complex business, social, and technical challenges. I truly believe that when we understand this, we're then able to shape the experience and make it better.
